post or customs the replacement will be sent after placing another order
(the additional payment must be done). Please ask us to duplicate your
order if you want to save you time, then pay)
It does not mean that you have lost you money (for first order) . We
claim for the shippment and depending on POST SEVICE (Poczta Polska)
investigation results:
1. The parcel disappeared - Your order will be fully refunded.
2. The parcel arrives you - Your order will be fully refunded
after sending the items back to us.
3. You have not picked up the items or you have submitted wrong
delivery address - The postage will not be refunded.
Note that the reply from POST about the claim make take even 3 months.
Remember: There is no way you will not receive you money back. You
will be refunded (fully or not) for sure but it might take 2-3 monthes.

Losing a parcels does not happen very often. We would even risk
to say: it never happen. For near 1000 parcels shipped this year
(2006) only 3 were terribly (1 month) late. All to UK. These delays were
caused by Special Security at British Air Ports (August 2006)
Till now 100% of sent parcels arrived to destination address.
