We want you to be fully satisfied with your
shopping. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item,
please return it to us within 7 days (from the date of reception). |

Following conditions must be met: |

1. The item is unused (except products that
have been examinated for fit) |

2. The item must be any fragrance free. |
|
|

3. The product is returned in its original
packing and the packing is not damaged. |

4. The product is returned within 7 days (shipped
to us within 7 days). |

5. The original sales receipt or invoice is
enclosed. |

6. In case of delivery of damaged items the Claim Record is required.

Post charges will only be refunded if goods
are found to be faulty (Claim Record required) or not what you ordered. All items are fully
inspected before shipping. Each item is carefully
packed with pet bag and carton box. Very good protection against shipping conditions.
Please check all items if the package is damaged. Fill the
Claim Record in presence of Post Representative in case of damage of
items you ordered. On the basis of Claim Report confirmed by your post
service you will be refund with a total amount (including post
charge). Enclose the Claim Record to return package. |

As mentioned above if for any other reason you wish to return or exchange an item
the post charge will not be refund. We are unable to refund you amount
for items only therefore after receiving the package from you with items
to return or exchange you will be asked for additional payment for
shipping only (the amount is shown in your order
account in the collumn "Shipping Cost". If
your return charge is done and the mentioned above conditions are
met the total amount paid for shopping (includes shipping charge) will
be refund.
In case we received items that do not meet return conditions you wont be
refund and the returned products wont be shipped back untill additional
post fee is done.
If delivered items are faulty (Claim Record required) or not what you
ordered you will be refund with total ammount and any additional charges
is required. Any refund of paiment transferred directly to our bank
account will be done to Your PAYPAL account. Creating a PAYPAL account
is totally free. Paypal is the quickest and safe method of money
transferring. More data available on PAYPAL
site.
In case of payment with a CARD the refund wil be done to CARD holder
account. |
